Down Payment & Closing Cost Assistance

Through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston’s Housing Our Workforce program, homebuyers in New England may apply for a grant of up to $25,000* per household, which can be used for a down payment, closing costs or an interest rate buydown. Another option is an Equity Builder grant, which can be used for a down payment, closing costs, interest rate buydown, home rehab costs or homebuyer counseling costs.
